SpeaksLead is a multilingual education platform offering live language lessons via Zoom. You can take one-on-one or group lessons with professional teachers in Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic.
You can quickly register with your email by clicking the "Register" button on the homepage. After registration, you need to verify your email.
Payment
You can pay by bank transfer. Your lessons will be activated after your payment is approved. Credit card payment option will be added soon.
Full refund is available for lessons that have not started. Partial refunds may be made based on remaining lessons in started packages. Contact us for details.
Lessons
You have a maximum of 2 makeup credits per month for missed lessons. To get a makeup lesson, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson.
Yes, you can request a teacher change by contacting our support team. Your new teacher will be assigned based on availability.
Lessons can be scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Lesson duration may vary depending on the package and teacher you choose.
Technical
The Zoom link will be active in the "Zoom Links" section of your panel 1 hour before the lesson. You can join the lesson by clicking the link. We recommend downloading the Zoom app in advance.
If you experience technical issues during the lesson, you can reach us via our WhatsApp support line. If the issue is on our end, the lesson will be compensated.
